I have been a been a Real Estate investor since 1990 and a licensed Real Estate sales person since 2009.  I own waterfront lake property, secondary access property, property in the city of Coeur d' Alene and in Kootenai county, commercial, residential, rental property and vacant land.  I have personal experience with docks and septic systems.

I have lived in Coeur d' Alene for over 20 years, moving back in 2001.   I have lived in Idaho for over 45 years, including Boise, Pocatello, and Moscow.

I graduated from Coeur d' Alene High School, have a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Idaho, and a M.S. in Decision and Information Systems from Arizona State University, with both degrees having an emphasis on business.  I spent over 20 years as a software developer with Hewlett-Packard and several Internet startups, including co-founding, serving as V.P. of Engineering, and developing AlwaysOnVacation.com, a Vacation Rentals By Owner website.   With over 30 years of computer experience, I understand how to use computers to your advantage far better than most  real estate professionals.
